The owners of Barcelona Ridge had big plans for their home. We installed beautiful white, shaker cabinets with soft, brass hardware and laid out white, quartz countertops for the surfaces. We replaced the old, curved island with a new one capable of seating his whole family. By finishing it in a contrasting gray-blue and topping it off with a sleek farm sink, it now stood as a strong statement piece in the center of the kitchen.
Originally, the main living areas consisted of a patchwork of tile and carpet, but Chris knew that having consistent flooring would help highlight the spaciousness and flow of those areas. The hardwood flooring we installed paired well with the new modern kitchen and created a sense of comfortable luxury.
We started fresh in the bathrooms by removing the old, tile countertops and outdated cabinets and throwing out the old showers and tub. In their place, we installed new showers complete with subway-tile walls, seamless glass doors, and sleek, modern fixtures. The new white cabinets and countertops were designed to showcase the beautiful, chrome faucets and deep sinks. Each bathroom had its own unique floor installed. From the large, white subway tiles in the master bath to the mosaic tiles in the guest bath and laundry room, these floors were designed to make a statement while remaining harmonious with the rest of the home.
Knowing that the right lighting would be just what this home needed to show off its new facelift, we installed recessed lighting and pendant lights over the bar in the kitchen and a geometric brass chandelier in the dining area. Brass wall sconce lights were hung in the bathrooms and a gorgeous chandelier was also installed above the master bathtub.
