Adam and Megan just moved to Las Vegas with a budget to purchase a million-dollar dream home. Every house they saw within their price range was severely outdated. Instead of overspending and settling for a mediocre home, they decided to purchase an outdated luxury home that needed some work. Knowing the needed professional renovators, they called our Kingdom Home crew.

Adam and Megan’s outdated luxury home required upgrading in every room. The entire home was covered with old, grouted flooring. The bathrooms had pink tile covering the bathtubs and showers. One bathroom even had a handicap tub! The master bathroom had many of these same problems. The room was large but the free-standing tub and builder-grade shower did not look like a million-dollar home.

Although the layout was perfect inside the kitchen and living room, the cabinets, flooring, and ceiling looked very old. The flooring needed replacing. The kitchen cabinets needed to be repainted and repaired. Even the countertops had an old granite that had to go. But with the guidance of a professional designer, our team was able to transform this million-dollar home.

Firstly, we started with the flooring for this luxury home. We dropped in rich wood, laminate throughout the entire home. In the bathrooms, we installed detailed tiles to add artistic textures and replaced the ugly, pink tile with modern, gray panels.

Secondly, we upgraded the kitchen to make this feel like a luxury home. Adam and Megan have a large family and needed a lot of space to entertain. Our crew remodeled the island to add more storage and seating as well as renovated the cabinets and countertops. Lastly, we completed their courtyard to put the finishing touches on this million-dollar home. Take a look at the before and afters below!
